Right of Withdrawal
On items purchased through Sunvolt Limited, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive your items. If you wish to withdraw your purchase, Sunvolt Limited must be notified within 14 days from the day you received your items. The notification should be sent via email to contact@sunvolt.ie. In your email, you must clearly indicate that you want to exercise your right of withdrawal. You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to accept the item without simultaneously notifying us.

Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items purchased in our showroom or items that have been made to the Buyer's specifications or bear a distinct personal character.

Return
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw your purchase. You are responsible for the direct costs associated with returning the item. You bear the risk for the item from the time of the item's delivery.

Condition of the Item When You Return It
You are liable for any deterioration in the item's value that results from handling the item in a manner other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, characteristics, and how it functions. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in our showroom, but you may not put it into actual use. If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you will only receive a partial or no refund of the purchase amount, depending on a specific assessment of the item's commercial value.

Original Packaging
The absence of the original packaging may possibly constitute a depreciation in value, so to ensure that you can receive a full refund, it is recommended that the item is returned in its original packaging.

Refund of the Purchase Amount
If you withdraw your purchase, you will receive the amount you have paid to us. In the case of a depreciation in value for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the purchase price. If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you (excluding return costs, including delivery costs), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to withdraw the purchase.
